I hope its the true villain of pre flashpoint universe the villainous General who has also been anarky too. But i think the General Armstrong also know Red Robin as Tim Drake since pre new 52. I also desire he has just given up his anarky identity to be back as the General not a new 52 one character it would be meaningless. Thanks
