Donna Troy was the second Wonder Girl before the New 52 occurred, the first being Wonder Woman when she was a young girl in Paradise Island. After the reboot, the Wonder Girl title immediately went to Cassandra Sandsmark, the third Wonder Girl pre-New 52.
