Superman, in a great rage, killed a bunch of civilians calling themselves the Joker Underground. Batman’s plan was to broadcast a footage within Cyborg’s databanks to the whole world in order to destabilise Superman’s tyrannical regime. Raven’s magic here managed to block it all out.
