I haven’t read the New 52 series of Green Arrow so I’m not sure if their first meeting was already covered. But since Rebirth is a continuation of the New 52, I’m guessing this is the official version of how they met after the reboot.
I like the throwback to Oliver Queen’s chili being the hottest thing ever.
