This issue has 2 first and last appearances: the super villain Gee Gee Heung who can manipulate brick and any building materials, like a combination of Clayface and Magneto; and the Bat-truck given to Jim Gordon during his brief stint as Batman.
Jim never even got to ride the Bat-truck, having sacrificed it to save his life and defeat Gee Gee.
Gee Gee Heung looks remarkly like a Zabrak from Star Wars.
