The Grinning Man is a super powered villain with super strength, flight and can disguise himself into any person he chooses. But against the entire Titans, this was an easy fight for them.
I like the part where he throws his hostage Olivia while in the air, thinking the Titans would fly off to catch her and give him a chance to escape. Instead, they stay on him and trusted that one of their fellow Titans Donna Troy would be able to catch Olivia on time.
