That’s one heck of an inspirational speech. But Paul “Jesus” Monroe is right — Rick Grimes’ value goes beyond being a seasoned survivor in the zombie wasteland. His leadership skills and his ability to inspire his followers is remarkable. While his group is an exotic mix of hunters and killers, it’s still obvious that they wouldn’t have gone as far as had without Rick.
