Ok so I have to voice my comic knowledge here but I believe if he really wanted to deadpool could take Black panther, I know you are skeptic but hear me out. When first ibtroduved he had faster reflexes then spiderman, and was way stronger then any human. Also he nearly killed Logan, it wouldve worked Logan even admits it if Bucky hadn’t been there to save him. Which means when he wants deadpool can be serious and extremely tactical. And not to mention, he defeats killmonger who had just beat black panther a few issues earlier.
Black Panther would kick his ass. Deadpool may be immortal, but he has no way of stopping his Vibranium normal suit, the Infinity Gauntlet, or the Vibranium Hulkbuster.

Deadpool isn’t defeating Black Panther (well unless inconsistent written comes into play). Especially since Black Panther is more tactically & possess genius intellect. But your “comic knowledge” maybe presented as bias for Deadpool instead of both character’s overall attributes.
