Looked like an even fight. Spider-man is stronger and faster but like always, he holds back. Captain America on the otherhand has extensive hand to hand fighting experience.

Spider man only. Because he has got the skills and agility which Cap doesn’t. Don’t miss those web shooters which can easily take Cap’s shield. Also, he could survive the winter soldiers punch just by catching it. So , if you ask me, Cap’s shield is no big deal.
