The new Darkwing, previously captured by Invincible, led an army of Reanimen against Doc Seismic and his underground monsters. Darkwing freed the captured heroes and together, they were able to defeat Doc Seismic.
Doc Seismic seems to be a top tier villain based on this fight, since it took the combined effort of many super hero groups, along with an army of Reanimen in order to defeat him.
