It’s not really Psylocke here, but more of some part of her spirit/psyche housed in the reanimated body of Kwannon, under the control of Spiral and the Red Queen Madelyne Pryor. Yes I know how absolutely confusing that sounds. I don’t fully understand it either.
Dazzler on the otherhand shows how lethal she can be when used right.
