Kitty Pryde gets a tattoo on both her hands. She’s getting into the sailor, or pirate mentality, by having the words HOLD FAST inked on each hand. Reminds me of that old guy in the movie Master and Commander: Far Side of the World.

Ugh, Duggan’s hackneyed writing is completely wasting the immersive story set up by Hickman. These first two issues are a waste for Kitty/”Kate”, Omega level Iceman and Storm, and a one-note version of Pyro. He’s been dead for years and the best Duggan can come up with is falling asleep on a boat and a face tattoo? There’s no logic, no depth, and no purpose to any of this.
