The first meeting between Wolverine and Conan the Barbarian. Conan mistook Wolverine as an enemy and they have a long fight in the Savage Land. After falling from a cliff and into a house, Conan realizes that Wolverine is a formidable foe and tries another tactic. He shares a barrel of alcohol with the mutant and then tries talking to him, clearing up the misunderstanding.
