Hughie Campbell seeks out Mother’s Milk’s mother, whose milk gave Mother’s Milk his incredible strength and kept him alive. She was exposed to some weak sort of compound V in her youth, and it slowly changed her body structure. Not sure if the milk did help Hughie in his final battle with Billy Butcher.
