This is the first time I’ve read that Spider-man and Loki teamed up together against a common threat. A magical entity called Morwen takes possession of a woman, who is actually a daughter of Loki, and tries to get Spider-man to be her servant of chaos. Spider-man distracts her while Loki tries to telepathically establish a link with his daughter still inside Morwen’s pscyhe in order to defeat her.
At the end of the fight, Loki grants Spider-man a favor that he could come collect anytime.
