Sorry, but no… he was answering Kyles question. That is how long Wondy can hold HER breathe. Bats points out why knowing Wondy’s limit is a valuable piece of information, telling her “you’d be surprised why that knowledge is useful”. So responds to Wondy+ Kyles comment.
As for Batman himself….he’s The Batman: he’s broken every world record known to man. Currently in our world for holding breathe specifically under water its over 10 minutes, by an Italuan diver I believe.
