Cyclops drew up a list of major threats, not just to the remaining X-men, but to the whole world. He plans on taking them down, but not killing them, as Wolverine suggested, and proving to the world that the X-men are still fighting for them despite being hated.
It’s a shame about Magneto being on that list. I’ve always liked it when Magneto and Cyclops work together.
