Green Arrow finds out where the Citizen lives and sneaks inside his home. A fight ensues between the two and for awhile, the Citizen holds himself well against Green Arrow, probably due to the police training he received. But as the fight goes on, Green Arrow takes the advantage and the Citizen escapes by blowing up his house.
