For his next victim, after the Golden Age Flash Jay Garrick, the Joker mind controls Dinah Drake, the first Black Canary. He was able to sneak into the Justice League’s Watchtower until his presence in Dinah’s mind was detected by Doctor Fate. He then uses Dinah’s Canary Cry to attack the Justice League and Justice Society of America, breaking the windows of the space station.
