The Judge’s origin story sounds like he’s a cross between the Punisher and Swamp Thing. As a judge back when the Dutch arrived in Bludhaven, he was murdered by an aristocrat he deemed guilty of a crime. Tossed into the sea with heavy weights to take him down to the depths, he was returned by the sea with supernatural abilities. For one, he doesn’t age anymore. He keeps going back to the waters but the sea keeps bringing him back in different decades. Another power is his ability to see into people, like their electrical charge or something.
