As the biggest fan of Green Arrow, I think I can answer this, he just don’t have to hurt them, first he will release many smoke or dirt arrows around the children group, then when they won’t be seeing anything and gets confused, Ollie can shoot his arrows on the guns to destroy them, won’t be hard for The World’s Greatest Archer, will it 🏹
