I’m still not completely sold on the whole N.E.M.O group. It feels like another cheap secret organization thrown up at the last minute since DC needed a new villain. How many secret organizations are running around the DC universe now anyway? I’ve lost count.
But I have to admit it gives Black Manta a wonderful opportunity to showcase his leadership skills. We all know he’s a badass loner and killer, but how does he fare leading a sinister group? It at least puts him on an almost equal footing with Aquaman, who leads his own deadly army.
