It’s not an empty boast — Kyle Rayner is a truly unique and gifted individual. Just the fact that he mastered all 7 rings is a good enough reason for him to be in the running of “Greatest Lantern”. I also like the fact that if Hal Jordan can dial down his ego to praise someone else, that person must be really quite something.
