This reminds me of that villain in the Pixar movie Up, where he got discredited unfairly and lost credibility. So aside from that bum deal, Neal Emerson also has a split personality disorder.. or something close to it because of his Doctor Polaris powers. Green Lantern Jessica Cruz should be able to help him deal with that using her own experience from the Power Ring.
