The best reason I’ve read about Catwoman being able to take down the Flash and the two Kid Flashes is that Poison Ivy is unable to properly control them since she doesn’t have the Speed Force, or another way to look at it is her mind isn’t as fast as the Flashes so she can’t use them at their optimal speed.
But still, Catwoman knocking out 3 Flashes is too much of a stretch.
