Green Lantern Hal Jordan gets infected by the anti-life equation and gets turned into a zombie. Surprised though that Black Canary’s canary cry can penetrate a Green Lantern’s protective shield, and even kill one.
Even bigger revelation is Black Canary being chosen as the replacement Green Lantern of Sector 2814.

It’s unlikely she blasted Hal hard enough to kill him. I think he was already dead or dying when Dinah’s Canary Cry hit him. Notice Ollie’s Boxing Glove arrow hit Hal as well, which it shouldn’t have been able to do.
