Domino was captured by a mysterious anti-mutants group in the previous issue. She is then flayed alive, or maybe flayed while in a medically induced coma as seen in the panel, and her skin grafted into genetically engineered assassins. These assassins were then able to infiltrate the mutant island of Krakoa since they were recognized as Domino by the island’s defenses.
