A new vigilante is introduced in the Green Arrow series, called Citizen. He broadcasts on social media, which suspiciously looks like Facebook Live, and flames the populace into rising up against the 1 percenters.
He kidnaps a corrupt and greedy businessman and executes him on a livestream after asking the viewers to vote whether he lives or dies. The people of Seattle voted that the businessman dies and he does so via guillotine. The Citizen then announces that his next target is another rich 1 percenter: Oliver Queen.
