A rematch from their first fight before the onset of the Joker War, which Punchline won by slicing Harley’s throat open. It’s a wonder actually how Harley survived that fight. Anyway, they’re both fighting in the secret garden that Poison Ivy created for Harley Quinn, a nice little spot she named Eden.
The two girls not only trade punches, but tries to mentally attack each other by analyzing each’s relationship and past with the Joker. The fight was inconclusive, as Punchline tries to attack a comatose Batman suffering from Joker toxin, or venom. Batman wakes up just in time to Punchline’s disbelief and easily knocks her out.
