Bludhaven has always been Nightwing’s city to protect, like Gotham city is to Batman or Metropolis to Superman. In this new twist, Nightwing realizes that he can’t do it alone and in order to better serve the city, he’s calling in his friends the Titans to become protectors of the Bludhaven as well. He’s constructed their iconic T tower similar to what the Teen Titans had back in San Francisco or Jump city.
