This was in the Secret Origin, a retelling of Hal Jordan’s early years. It might have been funny seeing Hal Jordan and John Stewart meeting each other, while being in different branches of the US Armed Forces, before they became Green Lanterns, but I think it just might have been too much of a coincidence. I’m fine with this not happening at all.
