Ultra-Humanite tries to incapacitate Superman Jonathan Samuel Kent with his psychic powers, bombarding the teen with negative thoughts. However, Superman realized that the Ultra-Humanite still has to think those thoughts and he, being a Kryptonian, can move quicker than a thought. He easily repairs the power dampener that the Ultra-Humanite escaped from and binds the villain easily.
