This latest issue of Injustice is a bit jarring. Everyone is smiling and having a good time? Is that a big smile on Batman’s face instead of a scowl? What gives?
It wasn’t indicated if this is a flashback so I’m guessing this is the Prime Earth, or the Earth that the current continuity is on, and this is the events that led up to the Injustice game. Now if that’s so, I wonder why is Jim Gordon in a birthday party filled with heroes in their civilian identities? The only reason he’ll be invited there is if he already knows their secret identities.
