Donna Troy remembers her fallen comrade Roy Harper (Arsenal) during his funeral and says a few kind words.
I loved Roy. He didn’t treat me like some freak of nature, he treated me like a partner. He would have taken a bullet for anyone here… and probably did. Roy said our team felt like a family. A family he desperately wanted but never had.
Roy wasn’t perfect. He was reckless. Rushed in without looking. Guess that’s why I liked him so much. But no matter how close he’d come to the edge, I always had his back. And he had mine when my own life went off the rails. Roy would move Earth and sky to protect me. All while he was fighting his own demons. His triggers.
